  • Elbow and Shoulder - The elbow is distal to the shoulder.
  • Left and Right Shoulders - The left and right shoulders are contralateral.
  • Sternum and the Humerus - The sternum is medial to the humerus. 
  • Heart and the Diaphragm - The heart is superior to the diaphragm.
  • Knees and Tibia - The knees are proximal to the tibia.
  • Liver and Gallbladders - The liver is superior to the gallbladder.
  • Spleen and Liver - The spleen is posterior to the liver.
