I enjoyed learning about the many types of synovial joints in today's session because, before starting college, I played basketball and would frequently wonder how I could twist and spin without hurting myself. I would also like to mention the term "Pivot" used in basketball, which refers to keeping one foot on the ground while turning the other. This made me understand that the phrase and its meaning are comparable to pivot joints, which surprised me. Last but not least, basketball injuries are also frequent, and I can now comprehend how and why they happen.
