Bones. Bones may be strong and provide our body’s structural framework, but we should not forget to take care of these. Bones are easily damaged and fractured if the body lacks calcium and/or too much pressure is applied on them. Since I have spine problems, learning this can be applied in my daily life by finding a way for me not to sit down all day and hurt my back.
