negative feedback - when it is hot, your temperature rises. The body makes the skin blood vessels dilate to improve blood flow, thus allowing heat to radiate over the skin surface. sweat glands also get activated to lower your temperature back to normal

positive feedback - when a blood vessel ruptures, the body sends platelets to that area. the platelets trigger other platelets to go in the damaged area so they can make the blood clot.
