1. What is the importance of studying organs or the body at different planes and sections?

  • Studying organs or the body at different planes and sections is important in diagnosing patients. Since the body is complex, consisting of numerous body parts and systems, it is easier to pinpoint the location of the pain, which can help to narrow down its possible causes. Furthermore, the studying of organs or the body can help students to visualize the anatomy more and to be organized in terms of discussing their patient’s complications. It also can prevent applying unnecessary tests that can lead to further complications, making the patients more uncomfortable, or having more extra bills to pay.
