- I support and believe in this quote. This is because adequate nutrition is essential to ensure the growth, health, and development of children to their full potential. Subsequently, they are able to grow, learn, play and participate in their communities and more resilient in the face of crisis. (UNICEF, n.d.). Moreover, having good nutrition also helps establish a foundation for healthy eating habits and nutritional knowledge which a child can apply throughout their life to ensure a healthy future as well.
