“Good Nutrition is a foundation of a child’s survival, health, and development”.

This quote is undoubtedly true, as well-nourished children can grow, study, play, and participate in a variety of activities more effectively than malnourished children who are unable to obtain the nutrition their bodies need.

Malnutrition affects a large number of children nowadays, particularly those from low-income households. Their brains never fully develop, limiting their learning capacity, and many of them are underweight and smaller for their age. Furthermore, because of their weakened immune systems, they are more susceptible to a variety of infections, which can lead to more serious problems and even death.

For a better and improved quality of life, good nutrition is crucial starting from having a healthy pregnancy until the individual becomes an adult.
