The foremost challenge I see in managing and implementing curriculum is the resistance of involved parties to changes in the current curriculum. Almost always, people want to stay in the status quo and don't want changes to what they have been used to.
The solution to that would be to make them realize that the present curriculum may already be obsolete, and the goals that it aims to achieve are already different, or the product no longer fulfills the need that it was supposed to address. Then with this, there should be preliminary and extensive training to the people involved, about the new curriculum to be implemented. that way, they are familiar and become directly involved in its implementation.
