Good day, ma'am! One tip that works for me is listening to my body when working. Similar to a less strict pomodoro timer, our bodies and minds can also tell us when they've had enough or need a break. So it may help if we also listen for our bodily cues: Body aches? Take the time to stand up and stretch! Dozing off? Take a brain break, get some coffee, or take a nap! But again, we all work differently at the end of the day.

I've been taking naps lately. But it also requires discipline and motivation to resume work after a break. Thanks for sharing!
