Learner's Contract
Although we are on a distance learning set-up, as a student of UP College of Nursing, you are expected to fulfill your duties and responsibilities to achieve our expected outcome. In this Learning contract, we have specified behaviors and habits for success and can promote reflection on your learning.
Please download and fill out the Learning Contract duly signed by you and upload in this submission bin on or before 22 August, 2023, 1:00 PM. This is because the lecture materials will be accessible by Tuesday 08/22/2023 after the course orientation and a Learner's Contract must be signed before you proceed with the rest of the course.
The format of your submission should be in PDF file and file name should be in the format of [surname]_LearnersContract. For example [delaCruz]_LearnersContract.
