Please accomplish the Peer Evaluation Form for the period of follow-ups/revisions of UPM REB submissions. Activities included in this period are revising the research proposal after initial submission to UPM REB until approval/exemption is obtained. Note that your peer evaluation scores for the period will be nullified if the form is accomplished before the approval/exemption by UPM REB has been issued.
