This activity explore how protein structure and function can be predicted from DNA sequences using readily available online tools. This activity does not pretend to be an in-depth study on using bioinformatics/computational tools for protein structure/function, however, it does serve as a way of breaking into this type of work.
Instructions:
- This is a group activity.***
- The format of the report can be found in the Guide. You can use any sans serif font (e.g. Tahoma, Arial), font size 11. Margins are 0.75" all sides, 1.15 spacing, justified.
