Biochemistry 125 Sandbox

This activity is based on the protocol you have read which uses a spectrophotometric technique you should be familiar with - fluorescence spectrophotometry. From this technique, relative quantitation of substances as well as protein interactions can be investigated.

Instructions:

1. This is a group activity.
2. Assume that you have performed the experiment yourselves and explore the nuances of the experiment. 
3. The format of the formal report can be found in the "Course Introduction" module. You can alter the font to any sans serif font, font size 11. Margins are 0.75" all sides, 1.15 spacing, justified.
