1. Interview a physician who shifted to electronic medical records during the pandemic. Summarize your findings in a sketchnote.
- What EMR was chosen and why? Was it chosen by the hospital/clinic or by the physician?
- Is the EMR interoperable with other health information systems?
- Who pays for the EMR?
- What happened to the paper charts? What are the perceived advantages and disadvantages of using an EMR?
2. Interview a resident or nurse or any staff in the PGH using RADISH. Ask him/her what the challenges are in using RADISH. Use Chapter 3 of the WHO EHR manual to ask the pertinent questions. Document your findings using a sketchnote.
