Task
After looking into the attributes of an effective clinical teacher, your task is to reflect on your own teaching practices and based on literature, and on your own definition of what an effective clinical teacher is, identify what aspects in your teaching practice you would like to reinforce and those that you would like to change. The contract will also present what you intend to do to become an effective clinical teacher.
Procedure
1. Reflect on your own definition of what an effective clinical teacher is. Integrate this with the descriptions laid out in the articles you read and the different descriptions provided by your classmates in the discussion forum.
2. Based on this, reflect on your own teaching practices:
What practices align with the description of an effective clinical teacher? How can you reinforce these?
What practices do you think should be changed or improved? How do you intend to do it?
2. Express your answers in the form of a contract. Use the following template:
