    The Department of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery welcomes the UPCM Class 2023 and PGI Batch 2022-2023 to its internship program in ORL. We understand the difficulty of coping that you are all going through with the country's new normal, including the new normal of engaging in remote/online medical education. We would like to hear from you.

  Course Description and Instructions to the Intern

    Welcome to the Otorhinolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery rotation of your medical internship at the University of the Philippines Manila - Philippine General Hospital at the time of Covid-19. 

    We have prepared a series of activities with video lectures and online reading materials to give you a quick review of the subject. Start with the pretest and proceed with watching the video on ORL-HNS examination. This review consists of topics in head and neck anatomy and physiology, common ORL OPD cases, common ORL ER cases, and common ORL surgical cases.

    At the end of the review, a post-test will become available. This will also serve as your end-of-rotation examination/assessment and will be part of your final grade in ORL-HNS at the end of the year.
