2.  Follow the steps in creating a fishbone diagram (also called a cause and effect diagram). Remember, the fishbone diagram is to be done only for what is the most problematic HIS component in your opinion. Upload the diagram to your blog. Check the rubric below to assess your work.

1. Imagine that you have been called as a resource person at the National eHealth Steering Committee meeting. They want an analysis of the most problematic HIS component for the Philippines.
