Session 4 Guide
This session takes us through the methods of isolation and characterizing proteins. A lot of disorders can be linked with protein functionality. To this end, familiarizing ourselves with techniques in studying and characterizing them will be helpful in understanding future research regarding proteins.
The following are the tasks for this session:
1. Go through the interactive video that shows the general work flow in protein isolation and characterization.
2. Go through the Methods in Studying Proteins lesson. Be sure to answer the questions embedded in the lesson.
2. As a group, answer the problem set on proteins and techniques.
