  • Course Expectation Setting (via Flip video; 5 mins max)
    • Introduce yourself by giving your name, medical school and one thing that is interesting about you.ย
    • What do I personally hope to achieve in this community medicine rotation?ย
    • Do I envision a future endeavor where I may be able to use the experience I will gain from this rotation?ย
    • What are my fears/anxieties/concerns regarding this rotation?
    • In what way(s) can your course faculty and/or community organizers help you in making the most out of your community medicine rotation in terms of knowledge, skills, attitude and future career relevance?

๐ŸŽ— Alternatively, you can upload a document file of your answers to the questions here in the VLE (in the section for it in the course)

โ˜๐Ÿพ Video/document Expectation Posts are to be done ideally on Day 00 (Thursday) of FCH 260.2 BUT can also be accomplished through Days 01-03 (Friday to Sunday) of the course. The FCH 260.2 Course Coordinator will share these with your town faculty and CO tandem so that they can get to know you and help anticipate your teaching-learning needs for FCH 260.2. We know that you are technically still in FCH 260.1 but we hope you can find the time to attend to this and some other pre-rotation tasks so that we can better enable your learning in Community Medicine. Thank you for your understanding!ย ๐Ÿ˜‰

๐ŸŽ—ย Please also take the time to browse through the document templates in the shared GDrive link (in the succeeding sections of the VLE course). These are the documents pertained to in the orientation. The course coordinator will discuss clarifications, questions, etc. about them during the course orientation session.ย ย

๐ŸŽ—๏ธYou also need to accomplish the Informed Consent Form (also in the document templates). As adults, you will be the ones signing the form but please make sure to show the form (and discuss it) with your parents/guardians so that they are aware of the nature of the rotation. Once signed please upload them to this folder (no informed consent form, no deployment):

๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿพ Kindly refer to the link below to the Individual COVID-19 Plan for FCH 260.2 Rotators. Please take the time to think things through as you accomplish the form. You are highly encouraged to discuss the form (and your subsequent answers) with your parents, guardians, friends and loved ones as you answer each item truthfully and with discernment. Each intern is expected to have an accomplished Individual COVID-19 Plan the latest, Sunday (Course Day 03) 6PM prior to deployment to MAGNAMARTE
