Instructions
A. As a group, your task is to predict the function of these proteins and their respective structures.
Clues:
1. Conserved regions or domains of this protein can help us identify its function.
2. There are online sources available that enables us to predict the structure of the protein.
3. Bioinformatics tools are available online for you to be able to work on these.
B. You can use any tool available to you to predict the structure and function of the proteins (if the sequences do encode a protein.)
C. Suggest a way on how these proteins can be produced in the lab.
Report format:
- Title
- Student Numbers
- Rationale of study
- Objectives (bullet form)
- Project Narrative – Narrates how you went about the task and the results they produced
- Future work – where you put your suggestion on how these proteins can be produced in the lab if they prove to be useful
