SUBJECT: Distribution and Use of UP Email Accounts

Please be informed that our University Information Systems (UIS), consisting of FMIS, HRIS, SAIS, and EIS, will soon be using the Single Sign On (SSO) System. We expect the transition to the SSO system this month of April.
In preparations for this transition, we would like to request for your assistance in ensuring that all of your students and staff (teaching, REPS and admin) have activated their UP email accounts, that these accounts are active and that they can access said accounts.
The new SSO credentials and instructions on how they will use said credentials will be emailed to them through their UP email accounts. Thus, it is very important that our students and staff will have access to their UP email accounts.
