My name is Anne Roselle Paningsoro. My expectation from the course Disaster Nursing is to gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills that will allow me to provide effective care and support to individuals and communities affected by emergencies and crises, especially in today’s time wherein disasters have become more frequent and unpredictable. My goal is to gain professional nursing knowledge and skills to address the physical, psychological, and social needs of those impacted by disasters. I also aim to develop teamwork and communication skills needed for working with other responders and agencies.
