  1. Throwing a baseball

      1. Action: Medial rotation of humerus at shoulder joint

      2. Innervation: Upper and lower subscapular nerve

      1. Action: Adducts, extends and medially rotates arm at shoulder joint

    1. Biceps femoris

      1. Action: Extends thigh at hip joint, and flexes leg at knee joint
