Action: As a whole, adducts and medially rotates arm at shoulder joint
Innervation: Medial and lateral pectoral nerves

Muscle Name: Anconeus 
Action: Extends forearm at elbow joint
Innervation: Radial nerve 

2. Kicking a ball
Muscle Name: Piriformis 
Action: Flexes and abducts thigh  at hip joint
Innervation: Sacral spinal nerve S1 or S2, mainly S1

Muscle Name: Quadratus femoris
Action: Laterally rotates and stabilizes hip joint
Innervation: Nerve to quadratus femoris

Action: compress abdomen and flex vertebral column

Action: Contraction elevates ribs and increased anteroposterior and lateral dimensions of thoracic cavity 
Innervation: Thoracic spinal nerves T2-T12
