The somatic sensory division of the nervous system is involved in hearing the sound of the alarm as well as smelling the coffee. Stretching and yawning, is linked with the sensory motor division. Meanwhile, the autonomic nervous system is involved for some of the involuntary responses of the body, particularly the parasympathetic nervous system which controls the flow of saliva, as well as the enteric nervous system, for the stomach's rumbling. The central nervous system is involved in this set of actions through our heartbeat/breathing and response to stimuli.
