1. Muscle on the right side of the patient's face - Facial (VII) nerve
2. Loss of taste - Glossopharyngeal (IX) nerve, Facial (VII) nerve, and Vagus (X) nerve
3. Dry mouth - Glossopharyngeal (IX) nerve and Facial (VII) nerve
4. Inability to close the right eye - Oculomotor (III) nerve, Facial (VII) nerve, Abducens (VI) nerve and Trochlear (IV) nerve
