  • originates via a broad aponeurosis from on the femur. inserts to the base of patella via the quadriceps tendon. action is that work with the other quad muscles to help extend your knee joint.

  • ventrogluteal muscle originates from the superior surface and the anterior border of the lateral third of clavicle. insert at hip. the abduction motion.
  • locate the “wing” of your hip bone which is the anterior iliac crest
