1. What major challenge do you think you will encounter in applying what you have learned from anatomy?
Personally, I think that the major challenge I will encounter is remembering all the information we have discussed. Anatomy and Physiology require deep understanding and a lot of memorization. Sometimes, I feel overwhelmed with all the lessons that it felt like I was not able to retain a single thing. This worries me so much as I know that our future courses will be built on what we have learned in this course.
2. What are your plans to overcome this challenge?
To overcome this challenge, I try to make some efforts to develop new study habits. Learning requires sustained effort and time. As much as possible, I do not cram and chunk everything in one day. I take my time studying. I now use flashcards and if I have time, I try to summarize what I have learned by writing it down on a piece of bond paper.
