ACTION: Draws outer part of lower lip inferiorly and posteriorly; depresses mandible
- Mechanism
Bell's palsy is an abrupt, unilateral, peripheral facial nerve paralysis with no known etiology. The suspected etiology could be due to cold, trauma, surgical procedure, tumors, etc. (Nurcahyani, 2017).
