Studying the body at different planes and sections is very important when we want to properly understand the structures in our body. First of all, quite literally, it gives us different perspectives that we can view sections of the human body in. This allows us to understand the structures and know what exactly we are looking at, meaning that we could identify what structures or organs we are looking at and where they are located in body. The different structures of the organs can also be seen when studying them in different planes and sections. In addition to that, it allows us to see how different structures in the body are positioned in relation to surrounding structures. Having that knowledge will also lead us to knowing how exactly these structures interact with each other in order to keep themselves and the entire body functioning as a whole. In summary, having these different perspectives of viewing the body and having different sections allows us to locate and look at specifics structures and/or organs of the body and understand them at higher level, along with how they communicate and their functions.
