Which directional terms can be used to specific the relationships between:
a. Elbow and shoulder - the elbow is distal to the shoulder
b. Left and right shoulders - the left and right shoulders are contralateral
c. Sternum and the humerus - the sternum is medial to the humerus
d. Heart and the Diaphragm - the heart is superior to the diaphragm
e. Knees and tibia - the knees are proximal to the tibia, the knees are superior to the tibia
f. Liver and gallbladders - the liver is superior and anterior to the gallbladder
g. Spleen and liver - the spleen and liver are contralateral
h. Kidneys and small intestines - the kidneys are posterior to the small intestines.
i. 3rd and 5th digits - the 3rd digit is lateral to the 5th digit
j. Sternum and thymus glands - the sternum is anterior to the thymus gland
