When we exercise, heat production is increased which therefore also increases body temperature. This heat will then be released externally in the form of sweat. Another example is when our body has a wound that causes bleeding, the body will respond and perform clotting to stop blood loss. The feedback system continues the clotting process for bleeding to stop, and this happens when the clot is sufficiently large enough.
