Which directional terms can be used to specific the relationships between:

a. Elbow and shoulder - the elbow is distal to the shoulder

b. left and right shoulders - the left shoulder is contralateral to the right shoulder

c. Sternum and the humerus - the sternum is medial to the humerus

d. Heart and the Diaphragm - the heart is superior to the diaphragm

e. Knees and tibia - the knees are  proximal to the tibia

f. Liver and gallbladders - the liver is inferior to the gallbladder

g. Spleen and liver -  the spleen is posterior to the liver

h. Kidneys and small intestines - the kidneys are posterior to the small intestines

i. 3rd and 5th digits - the 3rd digit is distal to the 5th digit
