Good nutrition is essential for the child from infancy to adulthood. Giving good nutrition starting from a very young age would help them strengthen their immune system, get the energy that they need to survive, and ensure that they will be growing as healthy as possible while achieving all of the necessary developmental milestones. If we were to compare a child that is supplemented with proper nutrition to that who is not, the other child may experience problems as they grow such as malnutrition, a weakened immune system, and other diseases that may even lead to fatality.

Giving breastfeeding as an example, breast milk is an essential part of an infant’s diet. It is, with no doubt, tolerable by the infant’s digestive system, it has enough nutrients that would supply the infant’s needs, it is easily accessible, so the mother can feed it to the infant whenever they are hungry, and lastly, breastfeeding strengthens the bond between the mother and the infant.
