🇵🇭 830AM - ETA in AMIGA
🇵🇭 Be ready with your PGH IDs (in case anybody checks on the way). Historically, no issues naman kasi government vehicles ang gamit natin. :)

PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR TOMORROW (OCTOBER 15), TEAM BAILEN (PGH VAN) LEAVES AT 6AM (SO ASSEMBLY TIME IS 545) DUE TO NEEDED ADJUSTMENTS IN THE VAN SCHEDULE (another official trip in the afternoon). Kindly adjust accordingly.

Thirdy, ikaw na bahala sa sub-blocks niyo ha? I suggest that the SSOs do the coordination per town/van. Makikisuyo din ako to text your van drivers this afternoon and confirm the meeting place(s) and time(s) tomorrow. Pakilala lang kayo as the interns na mag community sa AMIGA. Please also be prepared to pay the toll (two-way, about 200 pesos). Yun lang naman gastos.
Please also coordinate directly with your town teams re: plans for tomorrow's deployment. For example, ang Team Bailen ay dadaan muna ng UP-CHDP staffhouse (sa Mendez) bukas (Tiyo's Events Place on Waze) to pick up Ma'am Precious and Dr. Ian so that they can guide you to Bailen. For Team Indang, please determine this with Doc AM and Ma'am Manilyn as well.
☝🏾Reminders:
🩸No taking off of KN95 equivalent or higher face masks while in the van. Drivers have been instructed regarding this as well.
🩸No eating, drinking, etc. inside the van
🩸Avoid having lengthy, boisterous, loud conversations/laughing while in the van. No singing please.
🩸Physical distancing should be maintained for van passengers. As much as possible, no one sits in front (beside the driver).
🩸Vans are airconditioned but drivers have been instructed to allow the windows to be open (if possible) while traveling to ensure that the vehicle is ventilated.
🩸Interns are enjoined to eat/drink prior to getting on the van if they feel the need to do so.
☝🏾Student Safety Officers are to again do a symptom and exposure check on all van occupants (and report accordingly) prior to departure. I will also do a symptom and exposure check on the drivers of the van tonight and tomorrow morning.
