Sorry po clarification again regarding the "study question". We're supposed to make a sketch note about the study questions. Since it's plural, Im assuming that's also the learning outcome or direct questions (and not the driving question of the week) so sketch note on the 6 components of a HIS. Then the fishbone diagram is just on one of the 6 that we choose to be the most problematic.
