General Instructions
- This is a group activity.
- Draw a schematic diagram detailing how the RT-PCR-based diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2 works. Start from RNA extraction all the way to how the PCR results are interpreted. This activity should help you put in context some of the NA techniques discussed.
- Submit your answers in pdf/jpg formats only following the naming, Chem40_PS6_<Section>_<Group No.>
- Only one submission per group is needed.
