N-121.1: Intensive Nursing Experience in the Hospital Setting provides opportunity for senior students to demonstrate their beginning competencies of a 1st Level Nurse with the integration and application of concepts, theories, and principles of nursing practice.This includes the development of their personal and professional values, leadership and management skills, and research capabilities. Their clinical experiences will include Primary Nursing, Staff Nursing, and Head Nursing.
