Welcome to Applied Physics 195! In this course, you will be presented with the different applications of physics and electronics in health care. You will be learning about sensors, methods of detecting/measuring physiological events, signal conditioning, and medical device prototype design and construction. There will also be a discussion about medical device regulation and the current trends in biomedical instruments.
